Trusted Local Tradies is an introductions marketplace that connects homeowners with tradespeople. We are not a party to any contract for work carried out and do not employ tradespeople. All work, pricing and scheduling are agreed directly between the customer and the tradie.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be 18 or older to use the platform.
Customers agree to provide accurate job details. Tradies agree to quote in good faith and to only submit quotes for work they are qualified and available to carry out. Lead fees charged for submitting quotes are non-refundable once a quote is sent.
Tradies may submit identity, insurance and qualification documents for verification. Verification indicates these documents have been reviewed but does not guarantee the quality or outcome of any work.
Invoices are raised by tradies and settled directly with the customer unless online payment is used. Online payment features, where available, are subject to the relevant payment provider's terms.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent or otherwise breach these terms.
You must not misuse the platform, provide false information, bypass the marketplace to avoid fees, harass other users, or attempt to contact details before they have been unlocked through the accepted workflow.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of users or the outcome of any work arranged through the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
