By using Trusted Local Tradies you agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when posting jobs or creating a tradie profile.
Trusted Local Tradies acts as an introductions platform between homeowners and tradespeople. We do not employ tradespeople and are not a party to any contract for work carried out. All work, payment and scheduling is agreed directly between the customer and the tradie.
Tradies must hold valid qualifications, insurance and identity documents to be verified. Verification helps customers trust your business but does not guarantee work quality. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Quotes and estimates are indicative unless otherwise agreed. Lead fees charged to tradies for submitting quotes are non-refundable once a quote is sent.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We collect the information you provide — such as name, email, location and profile details — to operate and improve the platform, match customers with tradespeople, and prevent misuse.
Contact details (phone, email and exact address) are shared with the other party only once a quote has been accepted, to keep communications protected until a working relationship begins.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information where required by law or to protect the safety of users.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
Verification documents are stored securely and used only for identity and qualification checks.
